We are always collecting garbage in our trashcans, and our house gets cluttered. And the only way to fix it is if you do some tidying up. Well this is also true for the computer, only it’s a lot easier on the computer, with CCleaner of course.

Steps: Download & Install
- Visit their Download Page (Pictured Below)
- Click DOWNLOAD and download from FileHippo.com (pictured Below) or Piriform.com
- Run and Install CCleaner (Pictured Below)
- Choose your language then: Next > I Agree (After reading the agreement) > Choose a Folder, then Next > Check anything that you want. (I recommend to only choose shortcuts and auto-updates. Done.
Steps: Using CCleaner (Cleaner)
- Either run the program from the installer, desktop, or start menu.
- Look at the interface (Pictured Below)
- Check any or all boxes that you would like cleaned.
Pay attention to warnings, and do NOT check the “Old Prefetch Data” box. Also don’t foget to click the “Applications” tab, and do the same. - Why not to Clear Prefetch Data: http://tinyurl.com/6cp9wy
- Click the “Analyze” button, then the “Run Cleaner” button, to finally get rid of a lot of junk.

Uninstall Tab
- Just click on a program and click the “Run Uninstaller” button to remove the program.
You can also do this by going to My Computer > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. - You can also rename or delete entry (Both not recommended)
- Remember you can search
Startup Tab
- Click on an entry and click “Disable” to disallow from starting on log in.
- You may also delete the entry.
You will not be able to get it back as easily as disabling.
System Restore Tab
- you can remove previous system restore points. (not recommended)
